The lyrics talking about the loss of self as you grow endlessly more powerful to an incomprehensible degree is really cool
It could both be in reference to the terrarian's constantly growing arsenal of more and more cosmic armaments and abilities, and a potential hint that (xeroth) the nameless deity is familiar with the process and has either gone through it themselves or has seen many terrarians before and after go through the cycle of exponential power growth
If heart crystals and life fruits turn you into the peak human, then it only makes sense that the hp increasing items from calamity and especially the apples you get from beating this fight could represent a slow ascension from mortality to godhood.

Assuming that Xeroc assumes that you want to usurp or at least surpass him as god, given quotes like “a reflection of exactly how far you’ve come”, that would make the lyric “NOW DON’T YOU WANT TO SHINE?” Kinda like a “What’s the problem? You were taking mad shit earlier, what happened?”

Ok so these voices are either extremely synth'd or AI generated.

but I dont say this as an insult, the voice being so artificial and ALIEN is extremely fitting for an eldritch deity speaking a human language.
