That's just 7.62x39 ammo on 10 round stripper clips for loading in a SKS rifle. Appears to be Chinese made, corrosive too. Look up how to clean you rifle after shooting it. Also fits AK rifles. There was a time you could get 10 rounds like that for less than $2. Perfectly legal to own.
