If I remember correctly, every Zone in this game was supposed to be split up into 5 levels. However, only some Zones managed to get that much, while others ended up with less.

This 3rd Zone of the game is one of the biggest offenders, as it's only been split into 2 levels.

Honey Bee Hollow is the first half of the Tree Zones. It's not that big of a stage, but you always have to cross a bridge in order to reach all of the Baby Frogs.

However, besides the water, the biggest hazard of this level are the bees. If you approach a hive, bee will come out to chase you, and they pick up speed the longer they're out. Use power-ups to help you outrun them, or try hiding BEE-hind a tree stump. Be careful with this, though, because if they bees are fast enough, they'll just phase through the tree stumps and still chase after you.

The second level of this Zone is already the last of it: Canopy Capers. There's no way it WON'T have a Golden Baby Frog, here!
