I say underrated. I think if he was playing now with all those weapons he would be right up there with Tom an Aaron. He was no different then drew breese.

Imo hands down the most underrated elite QB in NFL history, and again, imo, Tony is on the same tier list as Brady, Brees, Rodgers, and Rivers of the top QBs in the 2010 decade. I'm not going to include Peyton Manning in that list because he did most of his damage in the 2000s.

Properly rated. Solid QB but could never achieve much in terms of awards or playoff successes.
