There are few ways of getting the funding or the sponsorship in US. To start with; you can get
1. FUNDING FROM YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT
The government wants their young minds to develop and reach the pinnacle in the world and hence for the same they make similar efforts. One of the ways is where the government funds Students, so Check with your country’s department of education or ministry of education to determine whether or not they have funding available for study in the U.S.
2. FUNDING FROM PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS
There are private organizations throughout the world that are interested in building relationships between certain countries and the United States. Therefore, if you find an organizations that wants to pay for your studies in the United States, make sure that their missions and values align with yours. If you are rewarded money to study in the U.S. from a private organization, you will likely be intimately tied to them for the duration of your studies.
Some of the organisation for the Asian students are:

3. FUNDING FROM NON-PROFITS AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS
Non for profits and non-governmental organizations offer funds to international students who want to study in the United States. It the same process like receiving funding from a private organization, but in this case your non-profit or NGO organization values you and needless to say the mission are consistent with your own.
4. LOANS, GRANTS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS
The most common grants in the United States, such as Pell Grants, are not available to international students. Loans, however, are sometimes available to international students if those students have a citizen of the United States as a co-signer.
Scholarships may also be available to international students, even without U.S. citizen sponsorship. Before I proceed further in scholarship arena, everyone needs to know that : - A scholarship can be of two kinds:
Full: The scholarship pays for the student's entire tuition fee, living expenses, his books, etc.
Partial: The scholarship pays only for tuition fee (this could also be in part). The student will have to provide for partial funding through other sources.
