I miss the old recruit the one that had so many weapons options and honestly I liked not having any attachments I think in a way it mad him balanced with 2 secondary gadgets

Honestly i just wish we could customize his guns. Being able to customize any more than that seems like it would be a bit much. Like let him use all sights so new players can get a feel for all of the sights and the attachments in an actual match and see which ones work for them. I think it would help newer players decide which ops to unlock first and gives them more control.
Plus older players can still use him effectively. Not to mention you cant say "well then no one will use the other operators" because his gadget loadout, health, speed, and weapon selection will be the same

old recruit was so versatile in terms of their loadout customizations since he practically fill the gap of a team comp
no soft breachers on your comp? get breach charges
oh its *enter map name* ? heres a dmr for long range, a rifle for medium range and a shotgun for close range
nobody in your team sets up site? bring a shotgun and if they do? bring a rifle
also heres barbed wire and a shield on defense and if you want swap the shield for nitro cell

I've said for so long recruit is op because he can have a c4 and deployable shield on defense or flashes and grenades on attack his only down fall is that u can't customize his weapons which is the reason he doesn't get picked is because we're in a 1.5 meta and he doesn't have 1.5 on any of his guns

yes, I'd like him being a customizable operator...imagine recruit skins for all squads or maybe make it that you can choose between male and female...
I also would like to see the comeback of outbreak recruit...there are so many options with recruit

recruit should be fully customizable. Using any weapon and even have a elite skin.

Remember the days of him being one of the best shield operators. The fact he had access to smokes and nades along the five-seven as his pistol just made him really strong imo

I used to have an account where I only had recruit available to play in ranked. It was really fun to relax on an alt playing a rare operator to see (Not a smurf account was around mid plat). Then Ubisoft added the beginner challenges to unlock operators so it's impossible to not unlock any of them. It was fun while it lasted :(

nades and flashes is just much utility it breaks the defense util economy. jager wamaii aruni gadgets not built to handle that

You can get kills with flashes and frags, or support your team with emps and claymores very versatile

I think if they just allowed you to pick attachments on recruit and gave him scopes he’d be playable

You can actually get recruit in ranked you just need to not buy any other operators
