Weird Evertale ad 'Monster Breeder'

So, like many people I've been getting this ad a lot. Someone else already posted it, but it wasn't the full version. This one just popped up as a video I could click on, but was unlisted.
Still dunno what to make of this, but if you're one of the people searching this mystery, I hope having the full version helps.
