When ‘In Rainbows’ was released with a “pay whatever you want” download, I was immediately astounded that Radiohead could continue to make such beautiful new music. I remember walking through Cuba Mall in Wellington one cold winter’s day, when ‘Reckoner’ came on over their outdoor speakers. I stopped in my tracks and listened, amazed to see other people doing the same. At one stage a homeless person looked up and caught my eye and we smiled and nodded. “That’s a mean tune”, he said.

Was just listening to it yesterday for the trillioneth time; I am suspect on the meaning of the song, but it is undeniably beautiful and powerful. Now I hear this dear lady superbly include it with the greatest songs ever made. It resonates with many. I knew I wasn't crazy when I first got the album and couldn't make it past that song because I kept replaying it.
