Joe Biden yelling does NOT make me happy in any way whatsoever. Yelling at employees does not make them more productive. It's degrading and dehumanizing and can lead to them going through complete withdrawal mode. Their performance levels will go down

My gpa has dementia and he is constantly snapping and yelling at us for trying to help him. He was never like that before. Irritability and lashing out is a symptom of dementia.

Losing their temper easily and unpredictability is common with Alzheimer patients. If the person has an inflated ego it is actually more expected.
