Suggestion: Break up the chest and torso into 8 parts. The 2 pectorals up top, 2 slightly larger abs below, and then 4 abs under the 2 that are slightly larger ( goin for a shredded look here ). Draw them in quadrilateral like shapes to sketch it out. Connect straight lines from the smaller and slightly larger abs, angled up, to the sides of the body. Then, round out the muscles by filling in the corners of them and shade 👍
