Small correction at 1:55, Ralph was at least working at Freddy's in 1985 because of the FNAF 3 tapes(and also because it wouldn't really make sense for him to be hired in 1986 since the first Freddy's closed after the MCI).

I find the opening time of fnaf 2 location to be fascinating, what prompted William to cause the investigation? What even was the investigation? The time discrepancy of summer vs fall on the paycheck implies that the location would be open for longer than a week yet the way the story is presented that wouldn’t be the case. There is some speculation that the fnaf 1 location was closed during the game like the movie but if similar logic applied to the fnaf 2 location?

I have a feeling that Mega Cat changed the Freddy’s map to make the gameplay mechanics and pov much easier to experience when the audience are playing it. I want to throw this out, I think William was involved with the making of the maps for Freddy’s, since the FNAF 4 maps share similarities to FNAF 1 and FNAF 2; so he might’ve done that to study the animatronics. I might share my personal thoughts on the timeline of the Pizzeria marketing:

1979: Fredbear’s Family Diner opens to the public.
1980-1982: Freddy’s is under construction and production for a big opening for Freddy and Friends.
1983: Fredbear and Friends cartoon is established; which leads the first Freddy’s to be opened. (The OG Freddy’s can either be like the ITP map, FNAF 1 map, or wild card: the Movie pizzeria.)
Spring/Summer 1983: Big Bite occurs, leading the creation of the Puppet for Fredbear’s. Henry then hires Ralph for Freddy’s.
Halloween 1983: Charlies dies and possesses the Puppet. This led Fredbear’s to be shut down.
Late 1983-Early 1984: William builds bridges to Fredbear’s with the Nightmare chambers and his own Bunker as his laboratory.
Henry then refurbishes CakeBear into Golden Freddy.
June 1985: The MCI occurs.
August 1985: Freddy’s closes
1986: William goes undercover and refurbishes the main 5 into his own view of the characters. (Given how ugly the Withereds are)
1987: Fazbear rebuilds Freddy’s into a Grand Reopening. They use the MXES machine to clone Mimic Endos. The Toys are born.
1st week of November 1987: The DCI occurs
2nd week of November: FNAF 2 happens, and led by the Bite of 87.
Late 1987-Early 1988: William uses the Springlocks to inspire the Funtimes, while using the Toy Endos as energy remnants for the Funtimes; he uses MXES as the Security system while creating new AIs for the Funtimes with the Mimic Program. The Springlock incidents occur, leading to its banning; Spring Bonnie suit is imprisoned in the safe room.
1988: Willy builds vents connecting Freddy’s to his own Bunker. He ends up locking the Puppet in a bow that the Puppet won’t open out of.
Freddy’s is now battered and reopened, again.
November 199X (I’m on 1993 with this): The Week Before happens, then FNAF 1 happens
199X (I’m on 1994 for this): Follow Me happens, with William using the core 4 as vessels for the Funtimes, and William dies in the safe room.
199X-20XX: SL happens
Hurricane Police digs up Afton’s bunker and led Fazbear to own the property to deal with the lawsuits.
202X (I’m on 2023 with this): Phone Dude digs up the abandoned Freddy’s location and discovers Springtrap. Phone Dude gives the location to Jeff, with Jeff rebuilt it into Jeff’s Pizza.
FNAF 3 occurs, then the fire happens
202X (I’m on 2024): Henry and Michael finds Fredbear’s and reopens it into Freddy’s Pizza Place. FFPS occurs, then fire happens.
202X: Fazbear LLC opens multiple Freddy’s restaurants and digs up the animatronic amalgamation from the FFPS location.
The Scooper was rebuilt into a claw.
202X (I’ll bet 2029): Into the Pit occurs.
20XX: Jeff’s closed down.
Fetch minigame occurs
December 2030: Pizzaplex starts construction.
2031: Fazbear LLC sends workers to redo FFPS location into a museum. Tales from the Pizzaplex Epilogues occur
December 2031: Pizzaplex is almost done.
Early-2932: VR/AR Booth gets hooked up with the Pizzaplex.
May 2032: Pizzaplex opens
Early-2033: VIP occurs, Pizzaplex shuts down.
Spring-2033: The Storyteller occurs
Mid-2033: The Blob is born
2034: The MOE is rebuilt into the Vanni Network
2035: Bonnie Bro frees Gregory, Vanny repurposes VIP into Helpi; All-Staff Meeting occurs, Bonnie Bro activates Glam Freddy into safe mode.
March 2035: SB occurs
Mid-2035: HW2 occurs, Bonnie Bro dies, Glitchtrap dies and reborn with the MXES machine, Mimic escapes but imprisoned by Vanessa and Greg.
Fall 2035: Ruin occurs

Good stuff mate, TWB definitely helped a bit in terms of knowing how many locations there actually are. Though one thing is Ralph's personal timeline, he says he worked there for 11 - 12 years or so via him starting when his 11 year old daughter was born and her birthday comes soon after he dies. He also says that the animatronics were performing for 20 years, and since Freddy Fazbear’s was established in 1983 that means the year in FNAF 1 is 2003 and he started working in 1992. But lets say he did indeed start just after the MCI in 1985, that means FNAF 1 takes place in 1996-7 and Freddy's opened in 1976 which both don't line up.

But let's not forget that Ralph wasn't always a security guard as he only took over as a security guard in FNAF 2 (1987) after joining in 1985, (because either Ralph's talking about the 11 years of actually being a security guard or just working for Fazbear Entertainment) which could mean at the earliest he only worked 9 years as security making FNAF 1 take place in 1994. Either way it doesn't make sense at unless🤔🤔🤔

Freddy and the gang were made as animatronics in the 1970s (at the earliest 1976-7 during Fallfest which could be possible since Carney was an animatronic and appeared in the Fallfest minigames in HW2 and the Mimic dates back to at least 1979) and have only started performing in Pizzerias in 1983. Thats the only explanation that can make sense with everything without us jumping through hoops to fit everything in a prize box with a nice bow on top.

Yoooo great theory, one thing I didn't really see mentioned was how Hand Unit mentions that SL was made after the pizzeria location so do you think he is referring to the FNAF 2 location or did you just forget?

I think Fnaf 6 was Fredbear’s because in one of the artwork of security breach we see fredbear and spring Bonnie being ghost in a fire
