If you are in a Third Country, the country that will help you is the passport of the country that you used to enter the Third country kasi kahit sampu pa ang passport mo you can only use one passport at a time to go through immigration at a port of entry. But it also depends kung anong hawak mong passport. Canada and Australia for example have treaties that allow each other's citizen to seek assistance at either country's embassies if one is not available in the country where their citizens reside. So the best passport to use when entering a Third country is the one that has an embassy there. The same principle applies when you are being deported by a country for whatever reason. They will check what passport you used to enter that country and deport you accordingly. However, there are very rare exceptions to this rule of thumb in cases where you are seeking asylum/protection due to persecution by the government in your home country, civil war etc.

Nice info from you. Dito ako sa Canada and I am Canadian citizen already. Gusto ko apply dual citizen I find it beneficial who wants to apply. Same procedure din kaya as you applied in Belgium as dual citizen. Hindi ba maapektuhan ang Canadian citizen ko as to my benefits and other privileges?
