‘WE’RE TAKING IT GAME BY GAME’ WEST INDIES OPENER BRANDON KING

Opener Brandon King said West Indies are not looking too far ahead as they look to close out the T20 series against India. The Caribbean side lead the five-match series 2-1, with the final two games slated for Lauderhill, Florida, this weekend.

King, speaking to media operatives in Guyana after India won game three by seven wickets to stay alive, said the approach is to take it game by game.

West Indies have the chance to win their first series of two or more matches against India, in any format, since 2016. They also have the chance to complete back-to-back T20I series victories for the first time since 2017.
