I know why everyone is having issues paring their devices.
You need to log into your modem settings go to the WiFi section and disable “band steering”

I too am having the same issues as Nathan, except I purchased your light bulbs and none of them are connecting at all. I have contacted via the website and am hoping for a quick response

My colour changing light bulb won’t connect. It slowly goes up to the 100% then says I can’t connect. I spent $30 on this. Not happy :/

When i try connect led lights, i go through and type my wifi password in then confirm the blinking. It then says Adding device but it doesn't connect and the timer runs out and says retry. I have done everything possible.

Looks to me like this is still a problem. Just bought a smart plug with USB port on the side and it's gettin to 100% then failing to pair/set up. Sent an email to their support.

I have tried this for a few hours now and every time the same thing happens: it slowly counts up to 100% and then a message comes on saying it can not connect. Any advice? I also purchased some of your globes and am worried the same thing may happen...

My apple tv wont turn on with this because the buttons are blocked and cant access them, turns on/off normal tv great but cant change the inputs and other functions with google. Can you help me

Very disappointed with my new light bulb so far, hasn't connected after several tries. Bulb will flash endlessly, I try to connect and it stops flashing by the time I get to 10% on the connection scanner. Very disappointed.
