In addition to all of the other Angelina superlatives, the one thing I would call her singing is patient. Even when she started at 6 and 7 years old, she had the ability to sing slowly in appropriate phrases and to use negative space properly. She never has rushed her singing and that is professional quality. In this particular song she's extremely patient with her phrasing and it makes it her own. Patsy Cline had one of the most beautiful voices to grace this planet.
This song is Iconic. Few have done justice to the original. The first time Angelina did a cover of this she did wonderful job as she usually does but it did not meet Patsy's quality and texture. Come on! It's Patsy Cline. One of my favorite artists of all time. I was always hopeful she would do another cover when she had more time to develop her vocals but was not expecting it. I saw a few short clips where she would do a line or two of the song but not much more than that. Each time sounded better than the last but this time she just killed it! Absolutely murdered it! That voice was every bit as Iconic and beautiful as Patsy. She has now equaled if not surpassed one of the greatest Iconic voices of all time. I always knew she would get here and boy has she arrived! Stunning! Stunning! Stunningly Beautiful! Go Girl! ♥👣👸🏻
