A very nice video on different aspects of the Pandas. For the last part on the "For Loops", dont you think so we have missed the condition while assigning value of "Above", as an example;

raw_data[(raw_data['carbody'] == c) & (raw_data['price'] > carbody_mean)]['Above or Below carbody average'] = 'Above'

instead of

raw_data[raw_data['price'] > carbody_mean]['Above or Below carbody average'] = 'Above'
