I mentioned this in a few replies but I wanted to make a full comment to spread awareness! Stanleys contain lead. This has been confirmed in a public statement from the company. While this isn't an issue for most consumers, since the lead is located on the inside between the inner and outer layers to create the vacuum insulation, damage to the bottom of the cup (where the pellet of lead solder is located), can result in lead exposure. This is usually just in extreme cases, since the cups are meant to be sturdy and survive everyday wear and tear like bumps or drops, but repeated damage to the bottom of the cup (like using it to crack open nuts) increases the likelyhood of breakage and in turn the exposure of lead. Sometimes it's not always obvious if the bottom of your cup is broken (for example minor cracks can form that may initially get mistaken for dents or scratches, or go entirely unnoticed altogether because lets be honest it's the bottom of the bottle we don't see it all that much lol) so it's best to err on the side of caution and try to protect your bottle from unnecessary impacts to ensure your stanley is safe and in tact for as long as possible! Lead poisoning is something nobody wants, so stay safe! <3

The nut is native to North America. It is actually pronounced puh-cawn. It is an indigenous word and comes from the Algonquin language. 😊

As a Texan I am personally offended 😂😂😂, I have a 100 year old pecan tree in my backyard that my family has been picking from for 30 years, we used to sell them too, though cracking them is kinda frustrating sing it has sections like a pomegranate so half the time you lose half the edible nut lol
