What's up TTO Followers. We have a really new issue popping off left and right in our shop. The videojet dataflex 6530 53mm and 107mm printers have threads that are stripping. The stripped out threads on the Videojet Dataflex 6530 are supposed to hold the idler pulley in place. Once the threads have been stripped the pulley floats and you can get a whole host of errors. Some of the errors are printhead carriage postion error, motor drive errors, and more. Stay tuned for this video where we show you a novel solution to the stripped threads on the videojet dataflex 6530 printer.
