OUR STORY:
John and Kristina purchased a 50ft Jeanneau Sun Odyssey with just a few weeks sailing experience. They set sail from Melbourne and travelled up the East Coast of Australia to the Great Barrier Reef as part of their Australian Sailing Series with dreams of one day sailing the world.

Kiwi Dip! Onion soup packet, can of reduced cream and a small squeeze of either lemon juice of white vinegar. Ideally leave it in fridge for 30mins before eating

Kristina, John the tears are running down my face, you've both come so far, mentally, emotionally and physically, I just don't want it to end. I know ur going off shore to visit the rest of the world and wow congatulations on that, but leaving home it feels like we losing u both. Ooo Brisbane is my neck of the woods, another cracking episode.
Cocktail sauce (best with nice cold prawns or cray) A few scoops of softened vanilla ice cream into a bowl, a squirt of tomato sauce, a few splashes of worcestershire sauce, a splash or 3 of tabasco sauce (add a little of either ingredient until you get the flavour to suit your individual taste) stir through after each ingredient. Back in the freezer until ready to use. I know some people use thickened cream instead of ice cream.

Hey guys another excellent video & great editing Kristina. That sand island you were anchored at looked interesting but there is always a catch, and they found you, darned mozzies & there is nothing worse in my book. So now you are on your last leg of your Australian adventure & an ace adventure it has been & taught you guys so much & now off to the Med & I suppose either buy another boat or perhaps hire/;ease a boat whilst you are over there depending on how long I suppose, however I am sure that you have it all worked out. You may remember that half way through your travels I did suggest that full time work back in Australia was probably not on the cards as I saw how much this new life appealed to you both & I am now proven correct. Anyway this part of your adventure has been ace so look forward to whatever you have instore for us all, ahead. Safe travels to you both, love as always.
