If you don't network with other agents, you're completely missing out on way more opportunities than you may think. This is the best opportunity to get some FaceTime with different real estate agents around your city. It's a great way to meet vendors in your area. These kinds of events are severely underrated and underutilized by other real estate agents. I have always thought that it is super important to know and be friends with all of your peers in the real estate industry. 

Not to mention it's a great way to kick off the business day, learning something new, and networking.
