You do not have to parry everything in this game, you can dodge; plus you have magic & bows so you have range. This guy is just not using all his resources.

I wonder how many folks would be coming to this game straight from souls with no experience in nioh
I wonder because the video keeps comparing mechanics to souls vs nioh... Which i would have thought this game is more niche. Meaning only those who are already familiar would even be aware of it

Nioh has the same issue to this day. People need to stop playing these games as you said, "on their terms". Use the mechanics and abuse the mechanics the game gives or you will get demolished in these games!

Also just stop comparing these to Fromsoft games. They play drastically differently and stats function drastically differently.

Got this confused with the Black Sun: Wukong game! But this looks pretty cool so far. I think I need to finish a lot of other games first, but I'm sure this'll be a PSPlus game at some point and I'll play then (same thing I did with Nioh 1 & 2).

Artistically it's a bit like Sekiro but it plays nothing like Sekiro whatsoever.

Man, everything he said is exactly what i DIDNT want. If you like this good ( gotta say that these days for trolls) but I wanted badass modern hack n slash with some dope mechanics and azin fantasy lore. Im tired of every game wanting that souls feel. No joke. Guess its a further wait for sun wukong.

oh GOSH the framerate.. is this 30 fps ?? in 2022.. damn, i didnt want to buy the game because feels like a NIOH without really announcing it, but the framerate is a no no and the game is out in like one month

I hate Demon Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro, and Elden Ring and whatever tf else I missed. But yeah, I've played pretty much all of them and didn't like any of them. My roommate LOVED them ALL. I personally hated all of them... so with that said, I sure as hell ain't buying this game... I REALLY REALLY tried to play AND enjoy Dark Souls 3, the EASIEST one, and I freaking hated it. It pissed me off that the only way to play those games is to be passive and not kill anyone damn near. May as well play Abzu or some sh**. Plus, the combat was lame and not exciting. Reminded me of Final Fantasy where the combat is lame. I hate Final Fantasy also. So yeah... that's the kind of gamer I am I guess. I have an unpopular opinion, but I don't care. :) 🖕 same with For Honor. That game sucked. Same with Borderlands. Lol 😂 😆 the combat sucked in all those games. Same with the new Assassin's Creed games. Know what's better than Sekiro?... Ghost of Tsushima
