I'm assuming the : sign for http : 80 assigns http as 80, so if you type in print(http), would it result in 80?

fernpedro It works for me in the command prompt, because the command prompt handles storing entered information. However the IDLE interpreter has the default key combination ( ALT + n ). To set a new one.

On Windows, go to Options -> Configure IDLE -> Keys and there select history-next and then history-previous to change the keys.

Hey Draps, when I make the dictionary, it automatically alphabetizes the strings of the dictionaries.I am running 2.7.10. Is this supposed to happen?

when i print the dictionary services it appears backwards to how i write it ..i mean i wrote ftp first when i print it comes last one ..is that a problem ?
