I Found It, I Found Liminal Space

This month's liminal space deep dive going to be a little special because I took a few of my own liminal photos! Maybe they're really bad idk but it feels good to contribute for once.

I was so cozy In my bed. Ready to watch this then go to sleep... But then you reminded me to drink water. As I shed a single tear, I lifted myself out of bed, destroying the perfect coziness I had created. It's a cold dark world we live in.

Those middle of the night outside pictures with fog remind me of my job. I mow greens at a golf course. People may not realize it, but there’s fog almost every morning. I start at 4:30 am and there’s almost always fog. The coolest thing is watching the fog roll through. I’ve watched the fog overtake me. One of the coolest things I’ve seen.

I cannot explain hoy much comfort and fun these videos bring to my life. It doesn't matter the subject, every time I get a notification, I click on it immediately!!!! (It's the only channel that makes me do that XP) You did an amazing job with those photos btw! Wonderful video as always ^^

I don’t know if this is just me. But I think that why liminal space is so nostalgic is because it is very common for these places to be in dreams for me. Like empty stadiums or empty playgrounds have this like feel about them because that’s where so many of my dreams are. I don’t know man it’s really weird.

What bugs me about "modern" liminal space imagery is that people get it confused with Dream/Weirdcore, sure they're not necessarily mutually exclusive, but at the same time they have separate definitions for a reason.

I first got into liminal spaces when I first found the backrooms. I think that liminal spaces are something only certain people can understand. One person may feel calmed looking at a liminal space and someone could feel creeped out.

Fun fact: a standard gazebo can devour a player in one round (no save). Amphitheaters can devour entire parties. Do not tap glass and anger the amphitheater.

A liminal space theme park would be so cool, but you'd have to limit how many people can enter because having a crowd would ruin the liminal-ness

I'm so glad someone finally brought up the cat in the hat. So many of my fever dreams take place in the scene in the live action movie "mother of all messes". You should have a look at it. Also spy kids set designs give me really strange vibes
