Just for back from Santa Fe for the first time to be a bridesmaid at my best friends wedding. I don’t think I’ve never been more emotional in my life. I stayed for a few days, and my bf played this song often. Almost brings tears to my eyes because now it’s associated with that memory.

It’s been years since I listened to this song. I first heard it during the hardest part of my life. I lost my family(my wife and kids). The night is not that dark, as dark as the death of love. Eventually I have healed and the pain is not so heavy that I sink into the abyss of loneliness. They are still here but it’s not the same. Divorce can be so fucking harsh.
