The 3-5-2 is also one of my favorites this year and I tried it out almost as soon as I got the game. Personally I like to keep possession with slower build up play and so I feel using the counter attack tactic is a waste of such a strong midfield, but I don't really play competitively so I can see why counter attacking is advised.

4-5-1 was highly effective in fifa 14 because of the crossing, but in fifa 15 not quite effective. i think 4-4-2 {diamond formation} its highly effective too. great video mate clearly spot on with your explanation and differences.

I quite like the 4-3-3 defend, put a rock CDM just behind two good CAM, then you have both your wingers (who Usually have the decent skill moves) with your striker in the middle :).

hmm I'm using a classic 3-4-3 in Ultimate Team, because Im using Huntelaar as my middle striker and 2 fast strikers on the wings. I can do crosses or I can dribble from the outside in to the box with Son or Farfan.

I like 433 with the LF and RF it gives me a better chance to use my wingers so I got pauleta and Futre up there I got Ruins Costa at Center CM sometimes I'll adjust him up to CAM from the formation menu. lol portugooooal

im unstoppable offensively with RM 4-3-3 in '15.. but Marcelo and Carvajal arent thethe greatest defenders.. so it makes it difficult vs better players. im gonna try this 3-5-2 with Varane-Pepe-Ramos to see what it looks like.
