I started therapy as soon as I graduated from high school in 2008. And its been pretty much just basic therapy . Evaluating if I had any psychosis because of what I experimented with when I was a teenager. This ASMR therapy helps a lot Sharon. Thank you so much! You're the best!

Really like the therapy themed videos. Something about the roleplay of having a discussion. Think I watched this one three times already - mainly because I kept falling to sleep the first few times. Woke up some time at night then restarted. Next morning, watched the whole thing through awake.

Also, most therapists are not quite this emotive! Or typically ask me about my favorite tv show, board game or ice cream flavor😂 But Sometimes it helps have someone this charismatic to be a bit of an emotional pick me up

This is going to sound weird, but I feel like this helped me because if I went to a actual therapist they would tell my business' to people ( I know from experience from my counsellor ), I'm happy I can just get some things off my chest even if no one hears it. Thank you Glow.
