A tutorial to build your FIRST machine learning model. We use RDkit to generate molecular descriptors and sklearn to build a simple Linear Regression model to predict the lipophilicity of 4200 drug molecules. With the knowledge from this video, you can build your own models for other datasets including, but not limited to, drug discovery.
