How to Hide Sensitive Information in Daminion Digital Asset Management Shared Collections?

Now you can exclude some commercial or private information from shared collections by adjusting tag visibility.

Tag Access Restriction allows you to define what catalog tags will be available for registered user roles and shared collections. This option contributes to the security of sensitive descriptive information available in your catalog, especially when temporary access to the catalog or shared collections is given to external contractors.

This option can be set up on the desktop and web client. These settings are complementary for the Daminion local server: changes made in the desktop client will be available in the web client and vice versa.

This option is role-based.
