02.1 Creating a WMS connection and loading the layer

The aim of this video is to learn how to load layers of WMS geoservices with QGIS. These geoservices only allow the visualization of the features, hence they do not permit selecting and editing these features.

1. Create a new connection to the ICC geo-service
2. Load a layer from the WMS service
3. Configure the transparency of the WMS layer
