I’m teaching Russian since 2016, and although I’m not a professional teacher, I do have a lot of experience and I’m a language learner myself. I use comprehensible input (CI) and TPRS, which are some of the best methods in natural language acquisition. On my channel you don’t have to memorize bunch of words or learning grammar rules. I wish you a Happy New Year from Italy and I wanted to tell you that the speed with which you speak is perfect because it manages to make almost everything you say understood, but I advise you to increase the contents that expose us to Soviet and strictly Russian contents (films, proverbs, ways of thinking, books, pop culture), which otherwise we could never see as they are not in the mainstream circuits of the West.

You are still my favorite youtuber for learning russian and comprehensible input. Some will only read stories, others will only talk about something, but you do so many different things, thats great. (The speed like in this video is just perfect.) That's why I kept on supporting you via patreon even when I stopped learning for nearly one year. You really deserve beeing supported more. In december I started learning russian again and I still remember so many stories about Vasja and Petja and Saika. It still helps me to recall phrases and vocab. 😊
My aim for 2025 is to learn russian up to B1, because I started a 14 month online study from 0 to B1 and I'm studying every day since. Your videos give me the listening practice I need. Wish you all the best for this year, I hope you will reach your aimes and keep on making videos pls.
Maybe there is a way to structure your transcrips on patreon somehow? That would be amazing. You have done so many already, it's tricky to find the correct one and sometimes they don't match the name of the video. 😅

I watched a video on Innas channel where she said when you get to around B1 level you should challenge yourself more. I want to 'turn the wick up' and I have always found your lessons to fit that objective perfectly, not too hard, not too easy just geared up for my current abilities. I actually find I learn more when I'm listening to a sentence and there's a lot of unfamiliar words but the context means I can work out what was said.
