The Moderno home plan is a blend of clean contemporary styling and elegant casual living. It's presence gives a sense of space way beyond its 3507 square feet of living area. Open flowing spaces lend the Moderno to its uncanny ability to entertain large or small groups or create intimacy for it's owners.

Incorporating stuccoed walls with stacked stone accents give a modern yet warm appearance to the Moderno home plan. The home is crowned with a standing seam metal hipped roof. Cabled railing and bronze framed windows complete the ensemble.

The Moderno's great room opens to the rear via a pocketing wall of glass sliding doors. It is accented by built-ins for TV and display. The Kitchen incorporates a center island for prep and serving. The adjacent dining area features a mitered glass bay window and built-in bench for seating.

The highlight of the Moderno home is it's sumptuous master retreat. The master foyer yields to another dressing vestibule that gives glances of the view beyond thru it's decorative divider, allowing an abundance of natural light. The four closets give the owner a multitude of specialized storage places for things such as clothes, shoes, and purses. The master bath with his and hers vanities and glass enclosed shower and separate water closet gives a very Asian resort feel to the bath. The Moderno home plan features TV's behind the mirrors and LED lighting. The climax is the freestanding soaking tub with French door to private garden beyond.

The main level is complete with a powder bath that conveniently doubles as a pool bath, study, butler's pantry, and utility room. Outdoors there are two major areas.
