Feel like a big family should buy both of the houses because of how close they are together.

I live in Earlswood these new builds are 15 feet from a main road, shared drive way one way in and one out what happens when you have guests, although well designed they went up really quick

Pick the smaller home, and use the cost savings to add a detached two car garage/workspace. One car garage is not enough.

For over a million i don't want to be able to see a neighbour from any window. No offence to neighbours just for that money i want more land.

30 seconds in and I can tell you neither of these is worth more than 850k.

Very nice houses - very tasteful, excellent finishing but the only thing at this price point not acceptable personally is a single garage - should be double garage at this price point.

This day and age, any new build should have solar panels by default.

Negative for me is the materials are the same in both homes, as well as the low ground floor ceilings.

neither house is worth 1 million, 800k seems like a fair price

I like the smaller home of the two. Wall and paint colors make the home seem more spacious, even though it is smaller.

So many commenters here saying this isn’t getting much for the price. I’m sitting here in Boston thinking, “if only you could get such a nice place for that price here…”

Overwhelming !

First, living here in Canada, these house are far far better built and generously equipped. I’m rather surprised that an “old” England can be this new and modern. But Congratulations 🥳

There sure are some flaws, if you will.

Unless one buys both the houses, there isn’t much privacy between the two.

I would expect ceilings to be a minimum of 10’.

A single car garage takes this house back to 60 years, just as the side-by-side Fridge drags it to the 1980s. This is NOT a Fridge for a Big family.

In a relatively small town, this does come across as overly priced by 300-400K.

Don’t touch that sofa because I would buy it as it is !
Do you take Amex?

Thank you for beautifully showcasing it~

I personally prefer the smaller one. It's cosier, I prefer the layout, especially of the ground floor. The colour palette is also much nicer as opposed to house 1.
And then there's also the price difference. House 1 does not have any attractive qualities that would interest me in buying the house.

Thanks very much for another new build and fab video. I always use Matt and Tom's height to measure these buildings. Today's home should have been built with an additional 2 feet in height. Everything else is quite solid. Thanks everyone. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

You don't get much for your money these days.

Lovely homes, prefer the second, more cosy and the neutral colour is lovely. Lovely presentation, we look forward to your new videos! We missed Summer on this though!

I am not sure of the presenter's height but he barely makes it through the doorways and the ceiling heights look like they are probably 8 feet. Most US new houses have at least a 10 foot ceiling height which makes even smaller rooms seem much more spacious. For the price, a two car garage would seem to be expected.

I prefer the cheaper of the two houses. I'm not keen on the black fancy bits in House 1 - the black would show the dust. lol

If I'm spending that much, I would expect to have my own driveway entrance and not share it with my neighbour. I really don't like the way the grounds are shared. No thanks.
