This video can resonate with people on so many different levels. Whether you're learning a new language, picking up a new hobby or trying to master a new skill it all takes practice, dedication, devotion, patience and learning to be kind to yourself. For me this video really resonates with my healing journey. There are so many layers, different vocabularies and realizations that go along with understanding who we are, how we wound up here and how to ensure our futures are much different from our past. This is why it is so important to celebrate your victories big or small and to embrace your challenges, because they are meant to help us grow and make us stronger. So many people give up when doing any of these things; because let's face it it's hard and can be self defeating. I totally get it. The way I look at it though as long as we keep going and growing then that's something to be really proud of. Abuse survivors may never 💯 heal or you may never learn every word in Spanish, but the fact that we all keep on trying and learning really speaks volumes to our own individual dedication to self improvement and personal growth. 💛 This is a great versatile video clip and an example of the benefits of doing things outside your comfort zone.✨💪🍃
