Yes, it is true that dogs can't eat chocolate due to the fact it has theobromine
And theobromine is known to be dangerous for dogs since they can't metabolize theobromine as fast as humans can

However, What the person used in the video was *carob*
Carob, also known as dog chocolate, is something that tastes similar to chocolate
But unlike chocolate, it doesn't contain caffeine and theobromine and thus makes it safe for dogs to eat

Oh, and yogurt chips are also safe for dogs as long as is eaten in moderation and doesn't contain xylitol
Xylitol is also known to be toxic for dogs as it can cause liver damage and hypoglycemia
So again, as long as there wasn't any xylitol in the yogurt chips, is okay for dogs to eat yogurt chips
(I did my research on this— I tried to make it as accurate as possible)

Carob is a dog safe chocolate substitute. And yes people can eat it too. It's fruit comes from a tree and it's delicious and naturally sweet. People who have chocolate allergies should try it! I drink carob Chicory coffee since I can no longer have caffeine and it has a chocolate covered raisin kind of flavor.
