This was a great video. I learned so much tonight. The model would not have noticed the parking area from where she was- just the pool deck! And it makes so much sense that the rebar was pulling on those columns. I really hope one day we can see the security camera footage from Champlain Tower South, Surfside. Every time I see that security camera footage from the building next door and those lights go on it turns my stomach because I feel those people woke from a sound sleep and then died. You made so clear the next step I was missing in my thought processes ie, tugging on the 'M' BMA and the knock on effect of this on that long connecting BMA. I love how the evidence slowly slots together to build the narrative.
Someone said they felt like we were playing Watson to your Holmes and that sums it up perfectly "Elementary my dear followers". With every video the smoke clears a little bit more until it seems now just a tantalising haze clouds us from the answer.

In some video the column you think is your bias, had possible stress marks before collapse and the beam couldn't hold paint on it.

Great analysis. I think the parking entrance ramp reaches the floor level at column row 8 and the video shows a column with yellow paint that I think is M-10, which is your bias column. The debris from the slab collapse appears to be just beyond column M-10 but the depth is hard to judge. If that's true, then the interior floor had not collapsed when the video was taken, just the outside deck and maybe the big planter. All of which supports your theory.

The lady in 611 who escaped and ended up in the parking garage and couldn't get out, she had to climb over fallen stuff to get up and away. I believe that the stairs she took next to the elevators didn't have an exit at lobby level so she had to go down to the garage level, she couldn't get into the lobby area to exit. I think that's what happened to the people in the part of the building that survived. They went for the stairs and ended up in the basement level parking garage because they couldn't access the lobby. So they went back up to their balconies and were rescued from there. Does Bruce or George know who the responders saw down in the parking garage when the police first arrive? love from France xxx

Kai another great video! This is my observation - The woman in 111 (C South) started hearing banging noise at 12:45 am, her daughter was in the shower and she was checking her emails, the noise got much louder at 1:10 am, I believe she was hearing the floor in (C North), the garage collapse, beginning to collapse at that time was when she decided to get her children and exit the building, her son saw the cars sink down. Also, the unit 711 video shows the wall side of the building collapse in line with L column which account for the woman in unit 611 seeing the 2 inch crack in the wall. I do not believe the woman unit A heard any noise or felt any shaking until A began to shake - she did say the building was shaking and she saw a sinkhole but this call was made about 1:30 am.

The model moved to apt 410 in 2020, so in the first central portion of the bldg that went down (not end unit 412).

Still trying to figure out how the bldg survived 40 yr worth of hurricanes. There was a video published on YouTube 3 weeks ago showing how intense the 2005 hurricane Wilma was.
