We use the frozen theethers too and those worked best. I put fruit inside and she loves it! Mostly strawberries and raspberries but almost anything works.

I solved the wet bed problem by using pants and sizing up. This idea came so late to me. So now we use huggies night pants no 5 and during the day she wears nappies no 4.
