As easy as this was, it was driving me crazy. LOL I kept trying to change the Data Files and Email accounts and never thought to delete out the profile. Thank you very much!

What do you do if the Mail icon no longer exists in Windows 10/11? (User got this same error after she must have upgraded to the stupid "online" version of Office 365 when it used to have the real Office installed...now there is no such Mail icon in Control Panel anymore.) How do you get rid of the mail profile and Outlook OST file then when no Mail icon exists?
