I first heard them February 2025 . They sound like they been in Nashville for many years. I became a instant fan. Do they belong on Amgt .NO. they belong on Country Radio where ever it being played. They belong on Country tours and the young lady is knock out beautiful and a voice as good as any Country girl I have heard in many years. And the brother as good as any male singer. If Nashville haven't picked them up. Than they lost their minds.

So what if they have an act already, many are already performing artists. This is a higher profile platform, good on them, hope they go far !

I noticed some American comments. As a American myself I would like to say this duo is better than most country artists in USA. Besides struggle Jennings and jelly roll, which imo they're not real country to myself. No other country singers mention mental health and awareness. Just because they're well known and partially famous in Canada, but they're not discovered from America. I feel like they should of won agt. I hope both are doing excellent today

A country's national anthem is almost sacred. It's not a piece of music to reinvent to showcase an artist's talent or vocal range. No, this is a matter of respect for one's nation, for it's anthem, and for the people who hold it dear to their hearts. A national anthem should be sung as it was intended, and the artist should consider it an honor to do just that.

The national anthem criticism had nothing to do with the style they chose. She started out singing in a different key than him when trying to sing harmony - almost as if she winged it they never practiced beforehand. She corrected herself, but later slid back into the wrong key. On top of that, you have an Ontario boy singing in a fake southern accent to keep his "country sound". The Reklaws "Rek'd" it - one of the worst national anthem performances on record.
