When doing a slicked back bun, I found that using one of those combs with pointy end, and properly parting the hair at the middle really makes the difference. Makes it look much more polished. Hope this helps

For Greys food, I grew up being picked up from school and taken to swim club with a thermos of pasta which always worked quite well, then would have a tub of mini cucumbers and carrots and an apple or something? Dont, know if that helps but thermos of food are good, especially if she likes things like lentils or noodles and you just shove them in, pour boiling water over it and seal it, and itll cooks in the thermos! Used it with the kids I nanny for all the time. Hope that helps.

I used to make savoury muffins for my boys. Lots of seasoning, cheese and small cut veg (carrot and broccoli usually!) but I guess you could make it with anything. Easy to make and they were really nice!
