The pain could be a knot from posture, but if you get it after meals w high fat content it could be a referred pain from your gallbladder. Just keep track !

A laundry hack that I learned recently was to use Murphys oil soap on oil/greasy stains. It’s floor cleaner but it’s literal magic for laundry stains. It might save your top with a curry stain

I had the same pain for literal years. I have heard it is common in women and usually affects the side of our bodies with the larger breast 😅which is accurate for me. Anyway, only thing that ever worked was the acupuncturist! I forgot I ever even had that pain as soon as I walked out. It was mind blowing and it’s been 1.5 years and still no pain, mind you my pain was so frequent too, at least once a week.

Also, about your under eye circles, this is attached to a muscle that runs through the entire body, you need to do myofascial release and I’d also recommend doing more lymphatic drainage. Tons of videos on TikTok for this!
I’d also recommend looking into any tongue and cheek/lip ties! I have some and it affects your overall appearance and affects your facial structure and breathing. I too suffer from these issues, so I’ve done so much research so I hope this helps and hopefully I’m not being too intrusive with my suggestions, just wanna pass along the knowledge!

Clara I LOVE you, but im begging you please do some blush and contour and lipliner with your face makeup it will enhance your features so much more!! Or go more natural and wear just concealer and some liquid blush! ❤❤
