Long term ownership these cars are fantastic! For a 6-7 year old car it still looks fresh & suprisingly still gets alot of attention. Diesels are more economical no arguing about that. However have seen approx 550 miles on one tank of fuel cant think of another 2.5 petrol that achieves this. In sport with battery charged these cars are quick enough. Lets not mention the trouble free motoring. The following components dont exist no Alternator, no dual mass flywheel, clogged DPF filters & EGR valves blocked, turbo whine, due to short journeys. literally troublefree if maintained. Drive locally or motorway if you want to invest your money wisely these cars are pretty much a perfect daily & dont forget when it comes to selling it on they hold their value well. + your not a sheep folllowing the German marques. ;)

I’ve driven this car and achieved over 50mpg
I don’t think this is for young people, more like early 30’s who want a nice looking car with fuel efficiency.

The background music was so horrible, it was painful to watch this

you had it in sport mode, how can you complain about the MPG?

Petrol, hybrid, cvt makes the smoothest driving experience.
I’ve gone from a 3.0 267bhp bmw and I would never go back.

Decent review, however.. I believe you guys missed the point of it being a hybrid. The purpose isn't for you to leave it in Sport mode and go 'Ah there's no power!' That's what the other engines and trim levels are for..
This is a car you leave in Eco or Normal mode for driving around town and in a city and then sip gas while cruising on the freeway. It's not trying to be a sports car even though it looks good. So please don't treat it like one..

You can keep your IS250... give the US the IS300h!  35-40mpg in a sporty 4 door car is to die for!

With the passage of time this video and the comments, now sound rather silly and uninformed.
He failed to also mention reliability, where it beats any of the German cars hand's down.
Hybrids rule !!
P.S. I get 50mpg out of mine.

You guys are making some good videos, keep it up! :) But personally, I'd adjust the music/speech volume. I turned up my volume to understand you but then the music came on and I could wake up my neighbours... :) Think about it please, also in Readers' Rider.

City driving is where it pays in dividends, plus city driving burn far more fuel than urban/motorway and many people spend more time city driving

Sir this car has something no other cars have, . Its a full on vip boy racer that can go toe to toe with any high end jdms and euros, . It can be electric and be sneaky away from the house, . I have throttle controller and it unleashes some

That would be the Acura RLX with SHAWD... 377 BHP total hybrid setup and sporty AWD with torque vectoring. Should be an interesting year! Especially with what McLaren and Honda are doing with the P1 and NSX

You should do something similar with M5.
