I have same specs like you(rtx4070super, AMD R5 7500F, 4070 Super, 2*16 = 32 RAM 6000mhz cl48, asus prime b650m-r, 650w powersupply) but i cant get high FPS like you at CS2 low settings but I get same fps like you at high settings. Do you have any ideas about this? is ram cl so bad? You have 500+fps at low settings. :( pls reply.

i think for valorant u better go with unrated/spike rush for real fps. the deathmatch fps is higher than the actual gameplay.
