Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes!

Happy Tasty Tuesday, friends! This Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes recipe is the perfect easy & delicious dish to impress your friends and family during the holidays. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1-1.5 cups milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3-4 potatoes
1 cup onions

Bake, covered in foil at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Then remove foil and cook for another 20 minutes.

I usually keep the potatoes in a bowl of water and that prevents the discoloration on them. Not that it matters, potatoes are delicious regardless!!
