Volvo XC40 (2019-2025): How To Activate Headlight Washers And Rear Window Washer In The XC40?

In this video, we will show how to activate the headlight washers and rear window washer in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Volvo XC40.

The headlight washers will work together with the windshield washers. Pull the right-hand stalk switch towards the steering wheel. This will activate both the headlamp washers and windshield washers. Headlight washers will only work when the headlights are on.
To save the washer fluid, headlight washers will work at defined intervals, around 10 applications of the switch.

To activate the rear window washer you need to push the right-hand stalk switch away from the steering wheel.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I just bought a 2020 xc40 and saw this option. How ridiculous.!!!! They used to have mini wipers at least not it just power it sprays one spot and uses too much fluid as well as makes more of a mess. This is not a car people will be off roading in. I love my Volvo but geez this is just a "brag factor" for sure.
