If you love the song read the history behind it the songwriter is Fredrick Lehman....God provided the lyrics a millennium before he was born! Lehman eas a part time hymnwriter & worded in a fruit packaging factory. He wanted to write a song about the love if God..the depth and vastness of his love. Hearing the melody and working it out in his head as he worked his job. He came to the 3rd stanza( verse 3) and got stuck...writers block. And stepped aesy from it. But found the words he needed Upon writing a jewish poem Called a Hadmet in Hebrew and translated Behemoth "gaint miracle" it was a poem writed in 1109AD in Germany by persecuted Jewish Rabbi's...if you look up that poem you will find the chorus us that poem...the words Lehman needed were proved ti him about a millennium before Lehman was born, before he ever set out to desire writing the song ir sat down with pen & paper..speak about God's vast foreknowledge.
