Will this work on the Snapdragon variant of the S8+? As that is the version of the phone I have. And is there any bugs with things like the mobile hotspot as some ROMs I've seen do have issues with it

When I flash twrp on odin and enter recovery mode, the phone says "installing software updates", then "no commands".

I got an S8+ from my brother. It's carrier-locked on a networkei rarely use and that network wont provide unlock code. So if i install this rom, will my sim 1 be open to any network?
