I disabled comments because I was tired of getting cussed out by people for whom this video did not help. This is only ONE possible solution to your Kodi issues. I posted this to be helpful and am not responsible for the errors in the Kodi program. If this doesn't fix the problems you are experiencing, do what I did...do some research, read through the Kodi web page, read up on some online forums, find a solution that works for you. Good luck!
Some people are experiencing a problem when they try to install the Exodus Add-On onto Kodi 17. The fusion repo will download okay, but when you try to install Exodus from the report, it won't complete the installation and give the error "Failed to install a dependency".
I saw something online referencing an issue with the screensaver, but there were no instructions on how to resolve the issue. So I poked around a bit on my own and found the screensaver settings. Sure enough, disabling the screensaver solved the problem.
After installing Exodus, I enabled the screensaver again and haven't experienced any further issues so far.
