for everyone watching this in 2020: they made it *even harder* to find how to refund by moving the contact button to the bottom of the page and you have to SAY you want a refund in the description instead of there being a drop down.

Thank you. It seems like they really try to hide it and make you run in circles to probably discourage you from requesting a refund. Doesn't even give you a refund option properly but have to file a request instead. Hopefully I can get my money back as my crappy laptop can't run my favorite game.

I request a refund 3 days ago and still have not heard anything. I purchased the wrong version of a game and i cant get the version i want until i get the current refunded. The sale is going to end soon so im going to miss out on this. I hate epic lol.

Thx for the tutorial, I needed to refund a game, which I didnt liked and thank god I live in europe where they are obligated to refund me if I havnt played the game for 2h or 14 days, so they cant just say no, otherwise their asses are going to get dragged to court.
