Although prior to joining gpac she had a solid background as a 3M worker, the path to becoming a recruiter for the steel industry came with many challenges. From learning a new craft to dealing with rejection, the ups and downs of recruitment almost got her to throw in the towel. Fortunately, her competitive spirit and the support from her coach and team allowed her to become one of gpac’s top billers.

Becoming an Alpha has allowed her to experience firsthand the flexibility that comes with the Laptop Lifestyle. Despite the belief that even when you work from home, you have an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, Mallory sets her day according to her most productive hours. The rest she likes to spend with her family, keeping up with the hobbies that help her relax and refocus, and working out.
