I'm from Vitoria, the first city that appeared. Vitória and other cities next to it really are very beautiful. Seach about Vila Velha, Guarapari, Pedra Azul... I am surprised you didn't mention Gramado. It's beautiful, clean, safe (very critical factor if you want to relocate in Brazil) and the weather is great: 4 seasons, unlike the other cities that you mentioned. That point by itself, is very important for people who can't take the heat (like me).

I live in São Paulo, Brazil, this is a good overall but it's shallow and don't consider one aspect that I consider the most important: security. Looks like an analysis for tourists.

It's not cool to live in a place where you have to be afraid of beeing robbed all the time in order to try to avoid it...
